We provide the children in our care with an array of healthy snacks, which includes options such as:
- Sandwiches, Bagels, Crackers
- Vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, carrots etc.
- Fruit such as apples, pears, oranges etc.
Our children also have access to drinks throughout our sessions, which include:
All our food is prepared fresh on the day, and we take into consideration all dietary requirements to suit the needs of your children so snack can be provided to all.
Dainty Little Hands also provide activities to support the 16 areas of Play recognised to promote imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength. Our children are encouraged to take part in activities which support their development in:
- Rough and Tumble Play, Creative Play, Socio-Dramatic Play, Communication Play, Symbolic Play, Social Play, Dramatic Play, Locomotor Play, Deep Play, Exploratory Play, Fantasy Play, Imaginative Play, Mastery Play, Object Play, Role Play and Recapitulative Play.
We include activities such as recycled junk modelling, painting/drawing, storytelling and outside play. This is not an exhaustive list, but we also provide:
